Research shows that a girl's self esteem peaks at age 9 and plummets from there. Even high-achieving girls struggle to know their worth - 30% of girls with a 4.0 GPA don't think they are smart enough for their dream job.
Only 7% of pilots are women and women make up only 15% of the military!! I want to help other young women with aviation or military aspirations gain the confidence to follow their dreams. A Beautiful Me will help them get there.
